[By cause] What to do when Gmail doesn’t arrive
If you suddenly find yourself unable to receive Gmail or receive Gmail, the solution will depend on the cause.

The message is sent to an inbox other than the “Inbox”

If you are not connected to the Internet or if your connection is poor, you will not be able to send emails.
