How to remove filter settings
You can cancel the filter dataset settings by following the steps below.
- Open Gmail in your browser and select “Settings” from the settings icon in the top right.
- Click “Show all settings”
- Check your filter settings in “Filters and blocked addresses”
- Look for filters that are set to delete or archive emails
- Once you have confirmed any of the above, select “Edit” to edit or “Delete” to delete.
It has been forwarded to another account

There are two types of forwarding methods: forwarding all new emails and forwarding specific emails only.
If the email is set to be forwarded to another account, it will no longer appear in your inbox.
How to check and change forwarding settings

- Click “Show all settings”
